How Can chronic Arm Pain Along With Leg Pain Be Treated?

Hi! :) My arms are constantly aching and my right elbow hurts. I can barely move my elbow most days. Maybe arthritis in it.... My legs just started aching now too. I haven t worked out or done anything strenuous so I know its not from soreness. A friend told me it might be Fibromyalgia or from stress, since I m always stressed and have anxiety. Plus I don t sleep much at all during the week. I am all messed up right now. :(

Hello,

As a first line management, you can try drugs like Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible causes like fibromyalgia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
